My names Paul Gibson and I have been a Livingston resident all my days. “Livingston I”, was an idea I have considered for a  few years and I kept putting it to the back of my mind. Mainly because it would be too much work and I thought it would take  a long time to compile all the needed pictures information etc. But I decided one day I would go out with my camera and take some pictures I took some and some more and before I knew it had around 500+ pictures of Livingston. I've always been a keen fan of Mark Bonallo website Livingston Alive which has been the main site for Livingston for a few years now. But I didn't want to copy what he has already done. But one thing that I felt was missing from his site was a large quantity of images of the town past and present. So after discussion the issue with him I realised instead of doing a site on pictures and information, I would construct a site solely of pictures with a little bit of information on the town but not to in depth. I would leave the information and history for Livingston Alive. So after constructing a design for the site and putting the pictures to the relevant pages it became apparent to me that this site was going to do well and be as successful as Livingston alive and I felt the internet lacked something like this. So hopefully I am right and “Livingston i” will be along as long as Livingston itself has been.
