Another
new Development is under way in the ever changing Livingston.
The Area located to the West of the Town has been earmarked
for over 10 Years to be used as an Industrial development.
As the area surrounding has built up with many houses,
the area has become unsutiable for this purpose.
The
Land is owned by Texus Instruments and has been unsucessful
in selling the land for Industrial Purposes.
After
consulitation with local people/Companies and West Ltohian
Council the area is going to be transformed into a mixed
use area with Offices and small industrial units. Also
an area to the south of the plans has been set aside
for a pub/restuatant, Small retail and a creche. The
Development is being carried out my Gladman Developments
Ltd and is being carried out in Phases.
The first phase of offices will offer 3159m² (38,920ft²) of flexible,
open plan workspace in self -contained accommodation from 1,027 to
5,203 sq ft (95.4 to 48.34 sq m). Available from Q1 2009 for sale or to
let.
The offices will be constructed in a courtyard formation with a
high degree of landscaping, block pavier roads and designated car
parking.
Industrial units from 3100 sq ft (288 sq m) will also be available on the park.
