Livingston Laughs Louder is a load of events taking place over the coming weeks hosted by the Almondvale Shopping Centre and the Macarthur Glen Designer outlet.. Last night saw the official opening of the charity events as a large fireworks display and laser show which lit up the Livingston sky. The opening was joined by a host of celebrity actors from "River city" and presenters from "beat 106", who Pressed the button which turned the Macarthur Glen dome red to create the biggest red nose in Scotland. There was many red noses last night as a large crowed witnessed the events in the freezing cold weather, but the display was well worth waiting for. Following the launch, a series of fun activities will take place to raise money for Red Nose day including: Beat the Big Hair competition, a sponsored football match on 27th February, a Dance-athon on 5th March and on 11th March, theres also a Jail & Bail event, Clowning around and giving you the opportunity to get a "Big Hair Makeover".
