Anyone know anything about the new bridge over the almond?
Noticed that they have started building a new bridge across from the underpath at bottom of howden.

    I can only imaging that it will be to serve the new civic centre If it’s near that site? I haven’t noticed it but in saying that I haven’t been down that way for years!

    :shock: i drove passed yesterday and seen the bridge sitting on a lorry waiting, i thought (just for a sec) that the shows were comning to town lmao lmao!!!! then seen the crane. doh :oops: atleast you wont have to walk miles to get round the river now!!

    the old footbridge that crosses the almond next to the skatie was getting refurbished when I took that photo, which was taken from the hill next to the big bowl
