Does anyone remember the old sculpture that was opposite where club earth is. It used to be close the the almond but got moved further up when the area was done up, around the time of the construction of the terrace card park on the boulevard.
It looked like a massive Peg. lol
Apparently it was suppose to be a water feature which never got connected up.. Then it disappeared...
Was there for years.

One of many hideous monstrosities around the town. I thought it looked like a crane that had collapsed. Remember those walls just before the underpass when walking to the centre from Howden that had variations of the word "wave" moulded in to the concrete?
Vague / wave/ onda etc. Dreadful.
