Jim Devine jailed for 16 months ?

Chat about anything Livingston related

Just heard that our ex MP Jim Devine has been jailed for 16 months.

Where I'm pleased to see justice being done I can't help feeling sorry for him. He is now a shadow of the person he was, and has been recently declared bankrupt.

Yes, he was guilty, but just how many other fat rats jumped the boat before it sank.

And where are they now ?

Yeh, your right. As much as I dont like the man. I think a jail sentance is a bit harsh. Community service would have been a better idea!
Cleaning the grit would be a good idea!

    how can jail be harsh?,
the guy is scum, and i hope he serves everyday of his sentance, as , i reckon., he is only showing remorse, cause he got caught.
16 months isnae enough for the fat, cheating barsteward that he is.
