West Lothian house is located next to the Almondvale shopping centre and is used by West Lothian Council. The building is formally known as Sidlaw house. This sculpture next to West Lothian House is called The Paraffin Harvester and was constructed by David Moore and was commisioned by the Livingston Development corperation in 1995.
